Position Responsibilities
1. Brand Support & Implementation
Support annual brand planning and translate priorities into clear execution plans across campaigns, channels, and touchpoints
Act as day-to-day custodian of brand execution quality and message across campaigns and materials
Provide execution and market feedback to support strategy refinement
2. Campaign & Launch Delivery
Translate brand and business objectives into 360° campaign ideas, structures, and execution plans
Own timelines and lead execution across internal teams (BD, Sales, Trade Marketing, eCommerce) and external agencies
Develop campaign briefs, launch toolkits, brand decks, and regular updates for internal and external stakeholders
Ensure delivery is on time, on brief, and commercially aligned
3. Commercial Ownership & Performance Tracking
Track brand and campaign performance (sales, volume, engagement, ROI)
Deliver timely performance updates and post-campaign reviews with clear insights and implications
Identify execution gaps, performance risks, and escalate with data-backed recommendations.
4. Market Insights & Brand Improvement
Monitor consumer & market trends, competitor activity, and campaign benchmarks
Own continuous improvement of campaign and brand execution through gap identification, root-cause analysis, and actionable improvements
Support innovation (product, packaging, format development) and launch preparation for new products or formats
5. Budget & Project Management
Manage campaign budgets, vendor payments, and reporting with accuracy and discipline
Ensure projects are delivered within scope, result, timeline, and budget
Maintain effective working relationships with agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders
