Intern, Retail Marketing  

Position Responsibilities

Part 1 – Primary roles of the job which are measurable and may be used as part of OKRs.
  • Support the retail marketing team in executing in-store campaigns, promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Support the preparation of marketing materials such as POSM, price tags and campaign visuals.
  • Support administrative tasks including documentation, campaign trackers and coordination with vendors or agencies.

Part 2 – Secondary roles which supports the primary roles above.
  • Assist in coordinating with outlets and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign rollouts.
  • Assist in competitor and market research to identify retail trends and insights.

Qualification and Experience

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Mass Communications

• Prefer 6 months internship period
• Proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
• Curious and interested in marketing, retail trends, and consumer behavior.
• Responsible and able to take ownership of assigned tasks.
