Intern, Retail Marketing  

Position Responsibilities

Part 1 – Primary roles of the job which are measurable and may be used as part of OKRs.
• Support the retail marketing team in executing in-store campaigns, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Support the preparation of marketing materials such as POSM, price tags, and campaign visuals.
• Support administrative tasks including documentation, campaign trackers, and coordination with vendors or agencies.

Part 2 – Secondary roles which supports the primary roles above.
Assist in coordinating with outlets and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign rollouts.
•Assist in competitor and market research to identify retail trends and insights.

Qualification and Experience

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Mass Communications

• Prefer 6 months internship period
• Proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
• Curious and interested in marketing, retail trends, and consumer behavior.
• Responsible and able to take ownership of assigned tasks.
