Position Responsibilities:

Product Process Optimization
  • Analyze current product preparation workflows and identify opportunities to streamline and reduce in-store complexity
  • Develop, test and standardize best practice SOPs for product execution and rollout
  • Collaborate with R&D and other relevant teams to design products with operational feasibility in mind
Efficiency & Cost Optimization
  • Work closely with cost of sales and productivity data to identify efficiency gaps and improvement levers-
  • Recommend ingredient, equipment or preparation changes that improve throughout and reduce labor or waste
  • Support continuous improvement loops post launch, leveraging feedback to fine tune execution
Multi-Market Enablement
  • Coordinate across markets to ensure consistent product execution while accomodating local operational nuances where required
  • Localize global processes for market fit without compromising efficiency
  • Provide structured handovers and training materials to support adoption in market
Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Operations, Training, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance to ensure end to end readiness before product go-live
  • Participate in pilots and new store formats to assess operational feasibility and process scalability
  • Contribute to post launch reviews, capturing learning and driving corrective actions
  • Collaborate with external vendors to drive external mass test exercises for the collection of public sample data
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
  • Maintain detailed operational playbooks, SOPs and troubleshooting guides
  • Track and report performance metrics related to product execution (consistency, wastages etc.)

Secondary Position Responsibilities:
  • Recommend changes to product SOPs, equipment, small wares usage or ingredient handling based on efficiency findings
  • Approve operational SOPs and training inputs prior to regional rollout
  • Influence new product feasibility assessment from an operational lens

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Business Operations or related field
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in product operations, QSR / F&B operational strategy or process improvement roles
  • Multi-market experience or regional deployment background is highly preferred
  • Experience collaborating with R&D and operations team to deliver process-aligned products
  • Strong understanding of food & beverage operations, flows and store level labor dynamics
  • Analytical and data driven, comfortable using performance metrcis to drive decision making
  • Proficient in tools like Excel, Power Point and digital SOP / knowledge platforms
  • Operationally savvy with a detail oriented mindset
  • Collaborative and proactive communicator
