Job Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the creative team, including designers and other professionals’ management. Adopt a collaborative and supportive environment to encourage creativity and growth.
Creative Strategy: Work with top management (Branding and Business Development) to develop creative strategies that align with the company's overall objectives. Translate business goals into compelling visual concepts and design solutions.
Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from brainstorming and ideation to execution and delivery. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired quality standards.
Brand Identity: Uphold and enhance the company's brand identity across all creative materials, maintaining consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
Collaboration: Collaborate with business development, branding, and other cross-functional teams to understand their needs and objectives, providing creative input and solutions that support their initiatives.
Budget Management: Monitor and manage the creative budget, ensuring resources are appropriately allocated and utilized efficiently.
Quality Control: Review and approve creative work to ensure it meets brand standards, messaging consistency, and overall quality expectations.
Provide architectural designs incorporating creative design thinking, innovative solutions, environmentally sustainable concepts, and integrated approach.
Responsible for providing interior design guidelines and CI Manual.
Ability to manage internal team design proposals from time to time.
Responsible for reviewing outsource designer proposal (if required)

Job Requirement
Minimum bachelor’s degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent
Minimum 8 years working experience in interior design or fit-out department in retail/ F&B industry/ shopping mall. Experience in dealing with F&B contractors and mall operators will be added advantages.
Experience to current design trends preferably in retail or commercial designs.
Possess creative talent and proficient in design skills.
In-depth understanding and developing the overall design elements of a project, overseeing the creation of art elements, ensuring that the final product matches the original design concept.
Preferably knowledge of AUTOCAD software.
Good interpersonal skills and demonstrates ability to work in a team.
Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Possess own transport and willing to travel across Malaysia. (If required)
