Qualification and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia, Film Production, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven portfolio of short-form video work (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Passion for digital storytelling, social media culture, and content creation.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing, preferably for social media platforms.Skills & Knowledge (Requirements)
- Strong proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
- Good sense of pacing, storytelling, and transitions for short-form, high-engagement content.
- Understanding of TikTok trends, sounds, and algorithm behavior.
- Basic motion graphics or sound design knowledge is an advantage.
