Manager, Special Project (Commercial)  

Position Responsibilities

  • Manage and track livestream commercial activities including commission allocation, payment processing, and rate card development.
  • Maintain and update the Livestream Team Rate Card for internal and external brand collaborations.
  • Support the execution of livestream projects, ensuring all commercial terms and deliverables are clearly documented and fulfilled
  • Coordinate with the Finance team for timely payments to live hosts and freelancers.3rd Force Commercial Operations
  • Support and attend client meetings to represent ZUS Commerce in creator-related collaborations.
  • Develop, negotiate, and manage paid review arrangements and commission structures with 3rd Force creators.
  • Prepare and maintain all documentation related to creator commercial agreements, campaign terms, and deliverables.
  • Assist in tracking content performance and campaign ROI to improve future commercial offerings.
  • Affiliate Marketing & Partnerships- Oversee and manage affiliate partnerships, ensuring smooth collaboration between ZUS creators and affiliate platforms.
  • Analyze affiliate data and optimize strategies to increase conversion and commission performance.
  • Explore new monetization opportunities across multiple verticals within the Special Projects department.
  • Cross-Functional Commercial Support- Collaborate with other verticals under Special Projects to identify, evaluate, and execute new commercial models.
  • Ensure consistency, transparency, and compliance in all financial and commercial operations.
  • Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Qualification and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
  • Prior experience in livestream or creator-based business models is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms and social commerce (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, etc.) is preferred.
  • Passion for digital innovation, brand storytelling, and data-driven growth.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in commercial management, influencer marketing, or digital commerce.
  • Strong understanding of digital commerce, influencer marketing, and livestream monetization
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for dealing with internal teams, creators, and clients.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, with experience in tracking performance and commissions.
  • Team-oriented with strong ownership and accountability
