Qualification and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- Prior experience in livestream or creator-based business models is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms and social commerce (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, etc.) is preferred.
- Passion for digital innovation, brand storytelling, and data-driven growth.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in commercial management, influencer marketing, or digital commerce.
- Strong understanding of digital commerce, influencer marketing, and livestream monetization
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for dealing with internal teams, creators, and clients.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, with experience in tracking performance and commissions.
- Team-oriented with strong ownership and accountability
