Assistant Manager, Special Project (Community)  

Position Responsibilities

  • Event Logistics & Planning
  • Plan and oversee all logistics for events, ensuring smooth setup and execution.
  • Manage transportation of stock from main warehouse to transit warehouse and event locations.
  • Ensure all necessary equipment, materials, and stock are available for each event.
  • Warehouse & Stock Management- Oversee stock movement, storage, and inventory at the transit warehouse.
  • Coordinate stock replenishment and reconciliation post-event.
  • Ensure efficient stock tracking and accurate documentation
  • Vendor & Team Coordination- Liaise with event organizers, vendors, and logistics partners.
  • Work closely with the ROVER event team, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Provide operational support to the Event Coordinator(s) and on-ground crew.
  • Event Execution & Troubleshooting
  • Ensure all operational requirements are met before, during, and after events.
  • Monitor on-ground execution and handle real-time problem-solving.
  • Conduct post-event reviews and suggest improvements for future events..
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and team coordination skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends when required.

Quality & Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in event operations, logistics, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team coordination.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to motivate and guide the team.
  • Creativity: Innovative approach to developing engaging and visually appealing livestream content.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and adapt to challenges during live sessions.
