Regional Manager, Corporate Strategy  

Position Responsibilities

This role drives key strategic initiatives across the business to support growth and improve profitability. The Corporate Strategy Manager works closely with senior leadership and business teams to evaluate opportunities, solve complex business issues, and ensure strategic projects are executed effectively across markets and business units. This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing environment.

Lead Strategic Projects
  • Lead selected cross-functional projects from planning to execution.
  • Translate leadership direction into clear problem statements, workplans, and measurable milestones.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across departments and markets.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve execution gaps.
Evaluate Growth & New Initiatives
  • Develop business cases for new markets, new business initiatives and partnerships.
  • Conduct commercial assessment including market dynamics, competitive positioning, and operational feasibility.
  • Assess risks and implementation considerations.

Strategic Analysis & Performance Review
• Analyse business performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate financial and commercial impact of key initiatives.
• Provide recommendations to support decision-making.
• Challenge assumptions and ensure initiatives are aligned with business objectives.

Special Projects
  • Support senior leadership on priority strategic initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
  • Prepare concise materials for internal discussions and decision-making.
  • •Ensure strategic priorities are translated into actionable plans.

Qualification and Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in corporate strategy, consulting, commercial finance, or business transformation roles.
  • Experience in retail, F&B, FMCG, or multi-outlet consumer businesses preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capability.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial understanding of business drivers and profitability.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • High ownership and ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.
