Position Responsibilities
To strengthen in-store execution for Lifestyle & FMCG by ensuring consistent visual merchandising standards and effective retail training across Malaysia & Singapore to drive sales performance.
Visual Merchandising Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement merchandising guidelines that bring our packaged coffee and lifestyle products to life.
- Ensure displays are visually consistent, brand-aligned, seasonally relevant, and optimized for conversion across all stores and retail partners.
In-Store Audits & Display Optimization
- Conduct regular store visits to assess execution, identify gaps, and deliver solutions that improve product visibility and customer flow.
- Work closely with store leaders to maintain display quality and address real-time challenges.
Product Training & Knowledge Development
- Equip staff with strong product knowledge, from coffee origins and flavour notes to material details of lifestyle merchandise.
- Deliver engaging training sessions that improve confidence, upselling skills, and consistency in customer interactions.
Launch & Campaign Support
- Support the rollout of new packaged products, seasonal collections, and promotional campaigns by designing display guides, training materials, and execution checklists.
- Ensure stores are launch-ready and aligned with brand standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting
- Work with Brand, Retail Operations, and Supply Chain teams to align on inventory needs, VM requirements, and product storytelling.
- Provide data-backed insights and reports to improve future visual strategies and training effectiveness.
