Position Responsibilities

1. Business Administration Support

  • Assist in daily administrative tasks such as document filing, data entry, and record maintenance
  • Support internal coordination across departments (operations, finance, logistics, and sales)
  • Maintain organized digital and physical documentation for easy retrieval and audit readiness
  • Prepare basic reports, trackers, and summaries in Excel/Google Sheets
2. Finance & Invoice Support
  • Assist in preparing and issuing invoices (based on approved templates and supporting documents)
  • Verify invoice details such as item descriptions, pricing, quantities, and customer information
  • Support follow-up on invoice status and documentation completeness
  • Help maintain invoice logs and ensure proper filing of finance-related records
3. Supply Chain Documentation Support
  • Assist in preparing and checking supply chain documents such as:
  • Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Delivery Orders (DO)
  • Goods Received Notes (GRN)
  • Packing Lists / Shipping Documents
  • Support coordination with suppliers and internal teams to ensure documents are complete and accurate
  • Update shipment or delivery trackers and support basic reconciliation of documents

Qualification and Experience

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in: Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields
  • Basic understanding of invoicing and financial documentation is preferred
  • Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets (tracking, formatting, simple formulas)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn
