•Support the Learning and Development team in developing and designing learning materials slides, posters, infographics, and books.
• Assist in shooting and editing videos for baristas learning purposes.
• Support in updating and improving current training modules.
• Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management.

• Graphic Design Skills: Knowledge of graphic design tools like Ai / PS or Canva may be beneficial, especially for creating visual content.

• Ability to conduct research and gather information is often necessary for creating informative and fact-based content.

• Able to communicate and collaborate with team members.

• Basic Filming Knowledge: Understand how to operate equipment and basic camera & lighting knowledge.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel
