We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business & Data Associate to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team. As a Business & Data Associate in PMO, you will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and presenting data that will drive informed decision-making and enhance project management processes within our organization. You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to provide insights, develop reports, and ensure data accuracy.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Collect and compile data from various sources, including project management software, databases, and external data repositories.

● Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and provide actionable insights to support project management decision-making.

● Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key project performance metrics, including progress, budget utilization, and resource allocation.

● Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure data accuracy and completeness.

● Assist in the development of project risk assessments and mitigation strategies based on data analysis.

● Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to address specific project management questions or issues.

● Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for project status updates and executive-level reporting.

● Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in data analysis and project management.

JOB COMPETENCIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Qualification

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.

· Fresh graduates are welcomed, especially those with previous internship experience. Business analysis, data analysis related internships preferred.

Experience

● Experience in data analysis, business analysis or similar role, with a strong focus on data manipulation and analysis is preferred.

Skills & Knowledge

● Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel (Pivot, Macro) or similar tools.
