We are seeking a
highly motivated and detail-oriented Business & Data Associate to join our
Project Management Office (PMO) team. As a Business & Data Associate in
PMO, you will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and presenting data
that will drive informed decision-making and enhance project management
processes within our organization. You will work closely with project managers,
stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to provide insights, develop reports,
and ensure data accuracy.
Collect and compile data from
various sources, including project management software, databases, and
external data repositories.
Analyze data to identify
trends, patterns, and anomalies, and provide actionable insights to support
project management decision-making.
Develop and maintain
dashboards and reports to track key project performance metrics, including
progress, budget utilization, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with project
managers and stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure data
accuracy and completeness.
Assist in the development of
project risk assessments and mitigation strategies based on data analysis.
Conduct ad-hoc data analysis
to address specific project management questions or issues.
Assist in the preparation of
presentations and reports for project status updates and executive-level
Stay up to date with industry
best practices and emerging trends in data analysis and project management.
COMPETENCIES / REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in a
relevant field, such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a
Fresh graduates are welcomed,
especially those with previous internship experience. Business analysis, data
analysis related internships preferred.
● Experience in data analysis, business analysis or similar role,
with a strong focus on data manipulation and analysis is preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
