Regional Analyst, Supply Chain Excellence  

Position Responsibilities

  • Data Visualization & Reporting: Develop performance dashboards and work with respective countries on preparing weekly/monthly KPI reports.
  • Process Documentation: Assist in the formal documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will work closely with site teams to record current workflows and highlight areas of improvement.
  • Project Milestone Tracking: Act as the custodian of the regional project PMO (Project Management Office) tracker. You will monitor timelines for various Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and flag potential delays to the Senior Manager.
  • Operational Deep-Dives: Perform granular data analysis to support root-cause investigations.

Qualification and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in supply chain operations or data analysis.
  • Technical Skills:
  1. Excel: Must be highly proficient (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Knowledge of Power Query is a strong advantage.
  2. PowerPoint: Ability to create clean, structured slides for internal reviews.
  3. Tools: Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Methodology: Basic understanding of Lean or Six Sigma tools (e.g., 5-Whys, Fishbone diagrams, or Pareto analysis).
  • Attributes: Highly organized and detail-oriented within large datasets and can communicate findings clearly.
