Regional Assistant Manager, Supply Chain Excellence  

Position Responsibilities

  • Leadership Reporting:Assist in the preparation of strategic updates and data-driven presentations for leadership reviews.
  • Process Optimization:Map out and document supply chain processes (SOPs) to identify bottlenecks and support the rollout of operational standards.
  • Continuous Improvement:Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency.
  • Performance Monitoring:Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between regional functions and country teams to resolve operational issue and ensure alignment.
  • Data Analysis:Perform detailed data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and diagnose root causes of operational variances.

Qualification and Experience
  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience:4–6 years of experience in supply chain operations, with a focus on data analysis or process improvement.
  • Technical Skills:
  1. Excel:Must be highly proficient (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Knowledge of Power -Query is a strong advantage.
  2. PowerPoint:Ability to create clean, structured slides for internal reviews.
  3. Tools:Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI/Tableau) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a significant advantage.
  • Methodology:Basic understanding of Lean or Six Sigma tools (e.g., 5-Whys, Fishbone diagrams, or Pareto analysis).
  • Attributes:A collaborative problem-solver who pays close attention to detail and can communicate effectively across departments.
