Position Responsibilities

• Design layouts and interiors for new stores, renovations, and refreshes, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand identity and business goals.
• Develop 2D layouts, 3D renderings, full set submission drawings, and technical specifications for approval.
• Ensure design drawings comply with internal standards, health and safety regulations, accessibility standards, and other legal requirements.
• Deliver precise design plans, minimizing revisions during project execution.
• Manage deadlines and coordinate multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring the timely issuance of design packages to the project team while adhering to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, project management, and marketing) to maintain consistency in store designs while accommodating necessary customizations.
• Work closely with architects, M&E engineers, C&S engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure accurate implementation of design plans.
• Collaborate with the branding team to develop design concepts when launching a new store theme when required.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project and departmental needs

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum2 years of professional experience as an Interior Designer, ideally with experience in commercial or retail environments, particularly in the food and beverage industry
• Proficiency in design software such asAutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape Rendering, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
• Ability to understand and maintain brand identity in design concepts.•Strong knowledge of materials, furniture, and lighting used in commercial design.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency in design work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
• Possess own transport and willingness to travel to various store locations as needed.
