Position Responsibilities
The Studio Manager, Group Brand & Studio oversees the efficient planning, resourcing, and delivery of creative projects across the organisation. This role ensures that timelines, budgets, and workflows are managed with precision, enabling the creative team to produce high-quality work consistently and at scale. With strong operational oversight and cross-functional coordination, the Studio Manager establishes the processes, systems, and structures that keep the studio running smoothly and aligned with organisational priorities.
Studio Operations & Workflow Governance
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Group Brand & Studio function, ensuring all creative processes — from briefing to delivery — are structured, efficient, and aligned with brand and business needs. Implement frameworks and tools that improve clarity, productivity, and consistency across teams.
Budget Management & Resource Allocation
- Oversee annual and project-based budgets for the studio, ensuring cost visibility, prudent spending, and alignment with strategic priorities. Manage internal and external resources, balancing workload distribution, vendor utilisation, and financial efficiency.
Project & Timeline Management
- Establish and track timelines for all creative outputs, ensuring projects move through the pipeline in an orderly, timely manner. Anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and facilitate cross-team collaboration to maintain on-time delivery across markets and stakeholders.
Brief Coordination & Creative Resourcing
- Manage the intake, clarification, and routing of creative briefs to ensure objectives are clear and expectations are aligned. Assign tasks to the appropriate designers, writers, illustrators, or external partners while monitoring progress and ensuring resource capacity meets demand.
Quality Control, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Support the Senior Manager and Head of Studio by maintaining visibility over project status, delivery quality, and operational performance. Conduct post-project reviews, identify opportunities to refine processes, and champion continuous improvement to strengthen overall studio effectiveness.
