Regional Brand Studio, Motion Artist  

Position Responsibilities

The Motion Artist develops motion graphics and animated content that enhance brand storytelling across regional platforms. This role brings static visuals to life through culturally relevant animations, ensuring all movement-based assets align with brand identity and resonate with local consumers.

Proficiency in animation software:
  • Such as Adobe Effects.
  • Use animation software to create high-quality animations for various projects for advertising purposes on social media and digital.
  • Implement timing, pacing and motion principles to enhance the realism and impact of animations.
  • Use lighting, shading and camera techniques to improve the visual quality of animations.
  • Participate in proposing the visual animation, pre-production planning, including storyboarding, animatics and concept development.
360 Marketing Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers and marketing managers, to ensure content meets project requirements and deadlines and collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts for campaigns and promotions.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for new campaigns and content initiatives.
  • Support the overall marketing strategy by providing creative input and contributing to the development of integrated marketing campaigns.

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Animation or equivalent
  • Min. 5-7 years in Marketing / Advertising for creative agencies or production houses
  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
