Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Business Operations or related field
- 3 to 6 years of experience in product operations, QSR / F&B operational strategy or process improvement roles
- Multi-market experience or regional deployment background is highly preferred
- Experience collaborating with R&D and operations team to deliver process-aligned products
- Strong understanding of food & beverage operations, flows and store level labor dynamics
- Analytical and data driven, comfortable using performance metrics to drive decision making
- Proficient in tools like Excel, Power Point and digital SOP / knowledge platforms
- Operationally savvy with a detail oriented mindset
- Collaborative and proactive communicator
- Always seeking smarter, simpler ways to do things without compromises on end goals
- Adaptable and resilient in a fast paced, multi cultural environment
