3. Project Management and Execution:

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.
4. BOM Analysis and Cost Management:
- Analyse the Bill of Materials (BOM) to optimise pricing and profitability without compromising product

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
- Collaborate with the finance team to establish and manage product pricing strategies.

6. Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers, designers, and developers.
