Regional Senior Executive, Product Operations  

Position Responsibilities

The Product Operations role is responsible for enabling product teams to operate at scale with speed, clarity, and discipline. This role focuses on streamlining workflows, leveraging AI and automation, and driving seamless regional product launches. By combining strong operational rigor with data-driven insights, the role identifies and resolves bottlenecks across the product lifecycle to ensure consistent, high-quality execution from ideation through post-launch.

  • Collaborate across functions and work closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Brand, etc to ensure successful product launches
  • Document onboarding product/SKU processes, SOP and support procedures.
  • Provide training and support to internal support and/or different market to facilitate their understanding and alignment of regional product launch or LTO.
  • Monitor country LTO milestone and successful launch performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication
  • Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new products into existing systems.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to convey project updates, challenges, and successes.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate effective communication and project coordination.

Operational Efficiency & Optimization
  • Streamline product launch workflow.
  • Drive process improvements projects to reduce product launch load
  • Collaborate with Innovation team to drive menu offboarding process with key stakeholders to optimize menu offerings.

Qualification and Experience
  • At least bachelor’s degree in Business/Economics, Marketing, Project Management, Food Science, or related field required.
  • At least 4 years experience and above in project management, management consulting or related roles within the Food and Beverage industry and/or best practices related to product development and launch processes.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from concept to execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making, able to analyse market trends, consumer insights, and performance metrics to drive successful product launches.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
