Regional Senior Executive, Product Operations  

Position Responsibilities

Key tasks include streamlining workflows, leveraging AI/automation, managing Regional product launches, and analysing data to solve product launch bottlenecks.

  • Workflow Optimization: Design and implement efficient, scalable processes to help product teams work with greater velocity and clarity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the link between Product, Tech, and local operational teams to align on product, process, and tool improvements.
  • Launch Strategy: Lead the operational rollout of products, ensuring readiness from brainstorming to post-launch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate across functions and work closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Brand, etc to ensure successful product launches
  • Document onboarding product/SKU processes, SOP and support procedures.
  • Provide training and support to internal support and/or different market to facilitate their understanding and alignment of regional product launch or LTO.
  • Monitor country LTO milestone and successful launch performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication
    • Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new products into existing systems.
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to convey project updates, challenges, and successes.
    • Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate effective communication and project coordination.
  • Operational Efficiency & Optimization
    • Streamline product launch workflow.
    • Drive process improvements projects to reduce product launch load
    • Collaborate with Innovation team to drive menu offboarding process with key stakeholders to optimize menu offerings.

Qualification and Experience

  • At least bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Business/Economics, , Project Management, or related field required.
  • At least 4 years experience and above in project management, management consulting or related roles within the Food and Beverage industry and/or best practices related to product development and launch processes.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from concept to execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making, able to analyze market trends, consumer insights, and performance metrics to drive successful product launches.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
