Qualification and Experience
- At least bachelor’s degree in Chemical
Engineering, Business/Economics, , Project Management, or related field
required.
- At least 4 years experience and above in
project management, management consulting or related roles within the Food and
Beverage industry and/or best practices related to product development and
launch processes.
- Strong project management skills, with
experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from
concept to execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external
stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach
to decision-making, able to analyze market trends, consumer insights, and
performance metrics to drive successful product launches.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to
detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects
simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
