Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
·2–4 years in campaign execution, content marketing, or digital marketing.
·Experience in retail, F&B, or creative agency environments is a plus.
Skills & Knowledge:
·Strong coordination and project management skills.
·Working knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, XHS, Facebook).
·Basic understanding of KOL/KOC ecosystem and UGC content.
·Good communication and copywriting skills.
·Eye for creative quality and attention to detail.
