Regional Senior Executive, People & Culture  

Position Responsibilities

The role is accountable for end-to-end execution of core people and culture operation and administrative process for Regional People & Culture function including other team members to meet the governance standards.

  • Maintenance of accurate employee database within HRIS, including mandatory filing.
  • Collate and execute any regional people and culture reporting and report critical workforce insights.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities for regional functions.
  • Support any letters preparation related to employee lifecycle activities within Company in accordance to templates and highlight any update, when required.
  • Assist on data research and compile information required for regional People & Culture initiatives, reviews, and presentations.
  • Compile and improve data quality, consistency, and reporting standards across all countries oversee by regional team.
  • Translate data into clear narratives for leadership presentations and updates.
  • Maintain and update organization charts, ensuring accuracy and timely reflection of changes.
  • Support senior people and culture team members on employment movement documentation and updates.
  • Active participation and support any regional P&C projects or transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate any on ground support for global mobility relevant activities, when needed.
  • Continuously identify improvement and promote efficiency in operation drive.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Regional VP, People & Culture or Regional team members.

Qualification and Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Human psychology, or related fields.
  • Min 3 years of relevant working experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar role.
  • Exposure to regional or multi-market operations is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience handling both operations and project-based work.
  • Good Lark user is an advantage.
  • Detailed oriented with good documentation and organizational skills.
  • Good analytical skills and capable of highlighting any critical workforce insight.
  • Good coordination and communication skills to work with multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Good team player and proactive in solutions.
  • Ability to manage both routine operations and higher-level initiatives in parallel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, eg: Excel/ Google Sheets.
  • Experience with HRIS / data systems is an advantage.
