Qualification and Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Human psychology, or related fields.
- Min 3 years of relevant working experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar role.
- Exposure to regional or multi-market operations is an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience handling both operations and project-based work.
- Good Lark user is an advantage.
- Detailed oriented with good documentation and organizational skills.
- Good analytical skills and capable of highlighting any critical workforce insight.
- Good coordination and communication skills to work with multiple senior stakeholders.
- Good team player and proactive in solutions.
- Ability to manage both routine operations and higher-level initiatives in parallel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, eg: Excel/ Google Sheets.
- Experience with HRIS / data systems is an advantage.
