Regional Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition  

Position Responsibilities

The Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition is responsible for delivering high-volume recruitment across multiple countries in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. This role focuses on execution excellence, regional coordination, and driving TA projects that improve speed, scalability, and hiring quality across markets.

High-Volume Regional Hiring
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume and recurring roles across multiple countries, ensuring speed, consistency, and hiring quality.
  • Execute regional hiring plans aligned with business expansion, seasonal demands, and operational priorities.
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting aggressive hiring timelines.
Regional Stakeholder Coordination
  • Partner closely with regional HR and country teams to ensure alignment on hiring priorities, timelines, and execution.
  • Work with hiring managers across markets to drive timely shortlisting, interviews, and hiring decisions.
  • Support workforce planning discussions by providing hiring progress updates and execution insights.
Sourcing & Pipeline Management
  • Drive active sourcing and pipeline management to support continuous hiring needs across the region.
  • Leverage job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, and recruitment campaigns to maintain healthy talent pipelines.
  • Support and maintain regional talent pools for critical and high-turnover roles.
Regional TA Projects & Process Improvement
  • Support and lead regional TA projects such as process standardisation, hiring playbooks, interview frameworks, and system or tracker enhancements.
  • Drive improvements in recruitment turnaround time, candidate experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Support regional hiring initiatives including mass hiring, hiring sprints, and new market entry support.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
  • Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience across all hiring touchpoints and markets.
  • Support regional recruitment marketing initiatives and hiring campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Represent the company as an employer brand ambassador at regional hiring events, career fairs, and virtual hiring activities.
Data, Reporting & Governance
  • Maintain accurate and timely recruitment data, trackers, and reports for regional hiring activities.
  • Track key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, funnel conversion, and hiring volumes.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with local labour regulations and internal policies.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Support ad-hoc regional TA initiatives and projects as required.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

Qualification and Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to regional hiring.
  • Proven ability to manage fast-paced recruitment with multiple concurrent requisitions.
  • Experience working with regional or multi-country stakeholders is an advantage.
  • Strong execution, prioritisation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience maintaining recruitment reports and trackers.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
