Regional Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition  

Position Responsibilities

The Regional Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition supports regional Talent Acquisition strategy by building scalable frameworks, strengthening governance, and driving cross-country TA projects. The role balances regional structural initiatives with selected recruitment delivery across multiple markets.

Regional Framework & Workforce Planning
  • Support development of regional TA frameworks, SOPs, hiring playbooks, and structured interview guidelines.
  • Translate workforce plans into structured hiring roadmaps and capacity projections.
  • Standardise processes to ensure consistency and scalability across markets.
Governance & Compliance
  • Establish and monitor recruitment governance standards, approval workflows, and documentation practices.
  • Ensure alignment with local labour regulations and internal policies.
  • Support offer governance and salary benchmarking alignment across countries.
Regional Projects & Process Optimisation
  • Lead or support regional TA projects (e.g., ATS optimisation, tracker standardisation, SLA definition).
  • Improve hiring efficiency through workflow redesign and process simplification.
  • Support new market entry and structured mass hiring frameworks when required.
Regional Hiring Delivery
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for recurring and operational roles across multiple countries, ensuring quality and process adherence.
  • Execute hiring plans aligned with workforce projections and business priorities, without primary focus on high-volume execution.
Data & Insights
  • Develop regional hiring dashboards and reports.
  • Track key metrics and provide workforce insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualification and Experiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Business Partner, with exposure to regional hiring.
  • Proven ability to manage fast-paced recruitment with multiple concurrent requisitions.
  • Experience working with regional or multi-country stakeholders is an advantage.
  • Strong execution, prioritisation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience maintaining recruitment reports and trackers.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
