Qualification & Requirements
• 1‒3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally supporting digital marketing,
performance ads, or e-commerce.
•Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); Figma experience is a
plus.
•Solid understanding of digital-first design, hierarchy, typography, and visual clarity.
•Comfortable producing large volumes of creative variations quickly and accurately.
•Able to work with feedback, data, and performance metrics tore fine designs.
•Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise independently.
•Portfolio showcasing digital ads, e-commerce visuals, or campaign creatives.
• Experience designing for paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, marketplaces).
• Familiarity with conversion-driven design for landing pages and PDPs.
• Basic motion or short-form video skills (After Effects / Premiere Pro).
• Experience in FMCG, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
