Graphic Designer, Growth & E-commerce  

Position Responsibilities

•Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles.
•Design digital ads at scale, including high-volume creative variants for A/B testing and experimentation.
•Produce full-funnel ad creatives (awareness, consideration, conversion, retargeting).
•Create visuals for e-commerce platforms (product listing images, banners, promotional tiles, marketplace ads).
•Design landing page and campaign visuals that support conversion and brand consistency.
•Adapt and localise creatives across formats, placements, and platforms efficiently.
•Collaborate with Growth and E-commerce teams to interpret performance insights and iterate creatives quickly.
•Maintain brand consistency while optimising for performance and clarity.
•Manage multiple requests and tight timelines in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualification & Requirements

• 1‒3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally supporting digital marketing, performance ads, or e-commerce.
•Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); Figma experience is a plus.
•Solid understanding of digital-first design, hierarchy, typography, and visual clarity.
•Comfortable producing large volumes of creative variations quickly and accurately.
•Able to work with feedback, data, and performance metrics tore fine designs.
•Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise independently.
•Portfolio showcasing digital ads, e-commerce visuals, or campaign creatives.
• Experience designing for paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, marketplaces).
• Familiarity with conversion-driven design for landing pages and PDPs.
• Basic motion or short-form video skills (After Effects / Premiere Pro).
• Experience in FMCG, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
