• Project Execution & Delivery – Own the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring milestones are met within deadlines.
• Strategic Problem Solving – Proactively identify roadblocks and design practical, scalable solutions to keep projects moving.
• Process Optimization – Build and refine workflows that enhance collaboration, efficiency, and execution speed.
• Stakeholder Management – Work closely with leadership and key teams to align priorities, provide project visibility, and remove bottlenecks.

Qualification and Experience

• Project Management Expertise – 3 - 8 years of experience managing cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments. Prior consulting or strategy experience or knowledge in Retail, Operational or Manufacturing optimization, Review of Organizational goals and KPIs (startup experience is a plus!).
• Can-Do Attitude – A proactive problem solver who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic, high-energy environment. Familiarity with business operating models, strategy implementation, project management execution.
• Strong Communication & Influence – Ability to work with different teams, manage expectations, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
