Position Responsibilities
1. Lead new product development from ideation to commercialization.
2. Translate consumer insights into innovative F&B products.
3. Oversee technical support for troubleshooting, quality issues, and complaints.

5. Collaborate with marketing, procurement, and operations to define requirements.

7. Conduct trials, testing, and product evaluations.
8. Maintain product specifications, documentation, and version control.
9. Continuously improve existing products based on feedback and market needs.
