Position Responsibilities

1. Lead new product development from ideation to commercialization.
2. Translate consumer insights into innovative F&B products.
3. Oversee technical support for troubleshooting, quality issues, and complaints.
4. Supervise, mentor, and allocate tasks within the R&D team.
5. Collaborate with marketing, procurement, and operations to define requirements.
6. Ensure compliance with food safety, shelf-life, and regulatory standards.
7. Conduct trials, testing, and product evaluations.
8. Maintain product specifications, documentation, and version control.
9. Continuously improve existing products based on feedback and market needs.

Qualification and Experiences

1. Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Technology, or related.
2. 3–5 years in product development, preferably beverages/F&B.
