Position Responsibilities
Strategic Brand Positioning
Conduct or leverage market research to understand brand perception, consumer behavior, preferences, and trends to inform brand strategies.
Work with Commercial, Product and Business Unit teams to ensure customer feedback and market trends inform brand initiatives.
Lead the development and continuous improvement of brand touchpoints (app, store, product, campaigns and merchandise) ensuring it reflects the brand identity while adapting to local market needs.
Drive the evolution of store experiences and IP-led activations, ensuring they deliver both strong brand expression and measurable business impact in each market.
Cross-Functional Business Unit Collaboration
Work closely with Business Units to ensure integrated brand experiences.
Run workshops and facilitate cross-market knowledge sharing, bringing learnings from one country to inspire and support others, whilst equipping them with practical tools and skills.
Deliver specific market insights to regional and country teams for contextual execution.
Create a culture of best practice sharing, spotlighting successful projects from one market or vertical to inspire others.
