Project Executive  

Job description:

• Maintain and monitor an annual calendar of actions, activities, reports, meetings, and deadlines related to the Executive's key responsibilities
• Assist the Executive in preparing policy, research and analysis, and related executive, strategic, and program activities
• Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Executive, including sensitive or confidential nature. Determine the appropriate course of action, referral, or response
• Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the Executive and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff
• Provide special project leadership and support as needed
• Work with a variety of stakeholders to implement special projects and document outcomes and lessons of special projects
• Perform any other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management

Job Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Degree in Business, Accounting and Finance, Engineering, Economics, or other related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing projects which includes planning, development, implementation, evaluation, etc.
• Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills
• A valuable team player and able to work independently
• In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles
• Ability to always maintain confidentiality and discretion, highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay
• Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
