Position Responsibilities

• Support daily regional supply chain operations.

• Assist new market openings (sourcing, vendor onboarding, logistics setup, inventory readiness) and documentation.

• Coordinate with franchise and local operations teams.

• Maintain supply chain reports and dashboards.

• Track inventory levels and support stock optimization.

• Liaise with logistics providers, warehouses, and vendors.

• Support compliance with regulations, food safety and internal policies.•Identify operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

• Support ERP / system data updates.

• Assist with stock counts and operational reviews.

• Support ad-hoc regional supply chain projects.

Qualification and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 2 – 4 years of supply chain / logistics / operations.

• F&B or retail exposure is an advantage.

• Basic to intermediate supply chain knowledge

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills

• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools

• Organized, reliable, eager to learn

• Comfortable in fast-paced and multi-market environments

• Proactive and detail-oriented
