1.AccountManagement&SalesGrowth
- CustomerBusinessPlanning:AssistinmanagingCVSaccountsbyprovidingmarketoroutletsinsight,salesreportingandotheroperationinformation.
- PromotionPlanning&Execution:AuditkeymonthlyactivitiesandsharePOSMwithCVSaccountsaccordingtotheplannedtimeline.
- BusinessReview&MarketVisit:Conductregularmarketvisitstostorelevelandgatherfeedbacksuchasbuildingrapportwithstorelevel.Identifypotentialgrowthareas,opportunitiesandaddressimmediateconcerns.
- Payment&ClaimsCoordination:Monitoringpaymentstatus,validatingcustomerclaimsandensuringtimelysubmissiontoFinance.
2.Operational&AdministrativeSupport
- MaintainstrongrelationshipswithCVSaccountstoensuresmoothcollaboration.
- Supporttheexecutionoftrademarketingactivities,promotionsandresolvingcustomercomplaints.
- Preparereports,presentationsandsalesdataanalysisfordecision-making.
- Conductmarketresearchandcompetitoranalysistoidentifygrowthopportunities.
- Updatesalesforecastsbasedonmarkettrends,salesperformanceandaccountfeedback.
3.OtherJobAuthorities
- Negotiatepromotionsandtradetermswithintheapprovedbudget.
- Recommendactionplanstodriveaccountgrowthandenhanceoperationalefficiency.

QualificationandExperience
- Diploma/Bachelor’sdegreeinbusiness,Marketingorarelatedfield.
- ProficiencyinMicrosoftOffice(Excel,PowerPoint,Word).•FluencyinEnglishisanaddedadvantage.Experience
