Objective

TheKeyAccountExecutive(KAE)isresponsibleforsupportingthemanagementandgrowthofCVS,discountershop,pharmacyaccounts.Thisincludesmaintainingstrongrelationshipswithclients,executingsalesstrategiesandensuringsmoothoperationstoachievesalestargetsinthegivencustomers.

PositionResponsibilities

1.AccountManagement&SalesGrowth

  • CustomerBusinessPlanning:AssistinmanagingCVSaccountsbyprovidingmarketoroutletsinsight,salesreportingandotheroperationinformation.
  • PromotionPlanning&Execution:AuditkeymonthlyactivitiesandsharePOSMwithCVSaccountsaccordingtotheplannedtimeline.
  • BusinessReview&MarketVisit:Conductregularmarketvisitstostorelevelandgatherfeedbacksuchasbuildingrapportwithstorelevel.Identifypotentialgrowthareas,opportunitiesandaddressimmediateconcerns.
  • Payment&ClaimsCoordination:Monitoringpaymentstatus,validatingcustomerclaimsandensuringtimelysubmissiontoFinance.

2.Operational&AdministrativeSupport

  • MaintainstrongrelationshipswithCVSaccountstoensuresmoothcollaboration.
  • Supporttheexecutionoftrademarketingactivities,promotionsandresolvingcustomercomplaints.
  • Preparereports,presentationsandsalesdataanalysisfordecision-making.
  • Conductmarketresearchandcompetitoranalysistoidentifygrowthopportunities.
  • Updatesalesforecastsbasedonmarkettrends,salesperformanceandaccountfeedback.

3.OtherJobAuthorities

  • Negotiatepromotionsandtradetermswithintheapprovedbudget.
  • Recommendactionplanstodriveaccountgrowthandenhanceoperationalefficiency.
  • Liaisewithinternalteamstoaddresskeyaccountneedsandresolveoperationalchallenges.
  • Coordinatewithbusinesspartnersonstockorders,deliveriesandpromotionalactivations.

QualificationandExperience

  • Diploma/Bachelor’sdegreeinbusiness,Marketingorarelatedfield.
  • ProficiencyinMicrosoftOffice(Excel,PowerPoint,Word).•FluencyinEnglishisanaddedadvantage.Experience
  • Atleast1yearofexperienceinsalesortheFMCGindustry.
