Position Responsibilities
3PL Operations & Campaign Support (≈50%)
• Support the setup, execution, and maintenance of campaigns across GrabFood,
Foodpanda, ShopeeFood.
• Assist with:
o Menu updates
o Promo setup
o Campaign go-lives
oAccuracy checks (pricing, listings, mechanics)
• Coordinate with internal teams (Ops, Campaigns, Tech) and external partners to
ensure smooth rollouts.
• Track campaign timelines, flag risks early, and follow through on action items.
• Support weekly 3PL reporting and post-campaign documentation.
Brand Partnerships Execution & Support (≈50%)
• Support end-to-end execution of brand partnerships, including:
o Campaign plans and timelines
o Deck preparation and documentation
o Legal documents (NDAs, MOUs, agreements)
o Partner coordination and follow-ups
o Onground events / booths if needed
• Act as a day-to-day execution support, ensuring deliverables are tracked and
completed.
• Manage inbound and outbound partner communications where required.
• Ensure partnership trackers and calendars are updated accurately.
Project Management & Execution
• Track multiple initiatives across 3PL and Brand Partnerships concurrently.
• Maintain clear task lists, timelines, and dependencies.
• Ensure stakeholders are kept informed and aligned.
Success Measures (What Good Looks Like)
• Campaigns and partnerships launch on time and accurately.
• Fewer execution escalations and last-minute issues.
• Clear documentation, trackers, and post-campaign records are consistently
maintained.
• Partners and internal teams experience smooth coordination.
