Regional Executive, Product Research & Development  

PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE (OF THIS POSITION):

Support the end-to-end product development process from concept ideation to market-ready prototype, focusing on sensory consistency, operational feasibility, and cost-performance alignment. The role bridges technical testing, mass test support, and data validation across markets.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and validating new recipes, formulations, and process standards.
  • Conduct bench tests, sensory evaluations, and calibration trials for product improvement.
  • Support Regional Product pilots, mass tests, and regional scaling (MY, PH, ID).
  • Document formulation details, including BOM, gram dosage, and sensory notes.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure ingredient readiness and cost validation.
  • Analyze test feedback and iterate based on consumer, barista, and market response.
  • Maintain alignment to food safety, shelf-life, and QAQC requirements.
  • Provide technical handover decks to Academy and Ops post-validation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Food Science, Technology, or related.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in R&D, NPD, or beverage formulation.
