Position Responsibilities

• Illustrate and execute character assets (poses, expressions, scenarios) across ZUS COFFEE IPs
• Support IP-led visuals for campaigns, merchandise, packaging, and digital platforms
• Help expand and adapt existing character styles while maintaining consistency
• Assist in developing new character ideas for seasonal or campaign needs
• Work closely with senior creatives, designers, and cross-functional teams

Qualification and Experiences

• Background or strong interest in illustration, especially character or IP-based work
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and/or Procreate
• Detail-oriented, receptive to feedback, and comfortable executing under guidance
• A portfolio that demonstrates character design, illustration, or visual storytelling (Non portfolio candidate will be decline immediately)
• Bonus: Experience with F&B or lifestyle brands, basic motion or animation skills (GIFs, simple character movement)
