1. Strategic Supply Chain Leadership:
·
Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end supply chain strategies to support the company’s growth
objectives and ensure alignment with business goals.
·
Lead, mentor, and oversee the performance of the supply chain team, including procurement, logistics,
warehouse management, planning, and continuous improvement functions.
· Collaborate closely with senior management to forecast, budget, and plan for future product launches
and
expansions.
2. Procurement & Vendor
Management:
·
Oversee the procurement of raw materials and packaging, working closely with the Procurement Manager and executive to secure cost-effective and
reliable supply sources.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality, delivery, and performance, while
identifying cost-saving opportunities.
3. Demand Planning & Forecasting:
·
Oversee demand planning functions, working with the Senior Demand Planner to create accurate forecasts
based on sales data, market trends, and business goals.
· Ensure coordination between procurement and production teams to align supply with demand,
mitigating
stockouts and overproduction.
4. Warehouse & Logistics Management:
·
Direct warehouse operations and logistics, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to both retail
points and consumers.
·
Work with the Warehouse & Logistics team to ensure inventory accuracy, proper storage practices, and
efficient handling procedures.
