Diploma in Property Management/ Real Estate/ Sales
& Marketing or any related field.
own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia.
Minimum 5 years of working
experiences with relevant qualification.
Experience in a related field, such
as retail chains from F&B, FMGC preferred.
Experience in mall leasing field
will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Advanced presentation and
Exceptional leadership and time,
task, and teamwork skills.
Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal,
and verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to plan for and keep track
of multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficiency with computer
especially Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
With good command of both written
and spoken English and Malay.
Ability to converse well in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
