Intern, Group COO Office  

Role Summary

The Group COO Office oversees strategic execution and operational alignment across the company.

As an intern, you'll work closely with the GCOO team to support day-to-day coordination, project tracking, internal communications,, and general office management. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, analytical, and eager to understand how a fast-growing organization operates at leadership level.


Key Responsibilities

1.Project & Operations Support

  • Assist in monitoring project planning, timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups with internal stakeholders.
  • Track action items, ensure accountability, and drive timely execution.
  • Support meeting operations - prepare agendas, capture key decisions, and manage follow-up tracking.
  • Maintain dashboards and data sheets for business performance, project progress reporting.

2.Communication & Coordination

  • Coordinate with departments to gather data, reports, and updates for the GCOO Office.
  • Draft concise communication notes, meeting summaries, and reports under guidance.
  • Support internal follow-ups to ensure clarity, alignment, and closure on key decisions.

3.Administrative & Execution Support

  • Organize meeting schedules, briefing materials, and presentation decks.
  • Maintain documentation, trackers, and shared folders for active projects.
  • Provide general administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth daily operations of the GCOO Office.

4.Exposure & Learning

  • Gain firsthand exposure to executive operations and cross-department coordination in a regional-scale organization.
  • Observe strategic decision-making processes and leadership rhythms.
  • Build practical understanding of project management, communication strategy, and operational governance.

Job Requirement

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • High initiative, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential matters.
  • Proficient in office tools - Lark / Google Workspace / Microsoft Office.
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
