Position Responsibilities
• To complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the GCEO & GCOO including end-to-end management of an extremely active calendar of appointments, completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
• To communicate directly, and on behalf of the GCEO & GCOO with the Executive Committee, Senior Management members, on all corporate matters.
• To provide leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization, and manage a variety of special projects, many of which would have organizational impact.
• To manage critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other specifically assigned tasks.
• To prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and to follow through on projects to successful completion, often with tight deadlines.
• To ensure that the Company meets all due diligence requirements.
• Provide external stakeholders with the necessary documentation and support.
