Position Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting thorough analysis of the company's value chain, identifying key activities, stakeholders, and opportunities for optimization.
• Connect with cross-functional teams to gather data and information necessary for value chain analysis.
• Perform research to support the conceptualization of the strategic framework based on the analysis, outlining clear objectives and actionable strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize data analysis techniques to derive meaningful insights and recommendations for process improvement, cost reduction, and revenue generation.
• Support in developing proposals and business cases for new initiatives, expansions, or partnerships.
• Collate findings, strategies, and recommendations to key stakeholders and decision-makers, providing clear explanations and justifications for proposed action.
• Monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives, track their progress, and make necessary adjustments based on performance metrics and market dynamics.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Consultant, preferably from consulting firm.
• In-depth knowledge of value chain analysis methodologies and strategic frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyse, and interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in data visualszation and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically and strategically.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
