Creative Designer, Lifestyle  

Position Responsibilities

Creative Execution & Design Craft

  • Support the Art Director in developing campaign mastheads, visuals, merchandise, and marketing collaterals for lifestyle initiative.
  • Execute creative adaptations for both online and offline channels — social media and EDMs to posters, packaging and event branding.
  • Refine visuals, layouts, and typography with attention to detail and production accuracy.

Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with marketing, partnership and product teams to bring lifestyle campaigns and collaborations to life.
  • Contribute fresh, culture-driven ideas during brainstorms and creative sessions.
  • Stay open to feedback, continuously refining your work to meet evolving creative and brand standards.

Brand Consistency & Growth

  • Ensure all designs align with the lifestyle visual language and tone.
  • Help maintain a library of creative assets and templates for efficient rollout.
  • Grow your creative instincts — learn to think beyond aesthetics, towards storytelling and brand emotion.

Qualification and Experiences

  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design (lifestyle, fashion, agency, or creative brand experience preferred).
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion or video editing is a bonus.
  • A sharp eye for composition, typography, and detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple creative timelines with discipline and flair.
  • A collaborative spirit — you're coachable, curious, and thrive in a creative environment.
  • A love for coffee, culture, and creating things people talk about.
