Position Responsibilities
Creative Execution & Design Craft
- Support the Senior Creative Designer in developing campaign mastheads, key visuals, packaging, and marketing collaterals.
- Execute creative adaptations for both online and offline channels — social, digital ads, print, and POSM.
- Refine visuals, layouts, and typography with attention to detail and production accuracy.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with brand, marketing, and product teams to understand campaign objectives and design needs.
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and collaborate actively with the creative team.
- Stay open to feedback, continuously refining your work to meet brand and creative standards.
Brand Consistency & Growth
- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and visual language.
- Help maintain a library of creative assets and templates for efficient rollout.
- Grow your creative instincts — learn to think beyond aesthetics, towards storytelling and brand emotion.
