Requirements
- Candidate must be pursuing or have recently completed a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, and/or Employee Engagement.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and simple image/video editing (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
- Good communication skills in both English and Malay (spoken and written).
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently or within a team.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
