Intern, Performance Management, Employee & Industrial Relations   (Vacancy Closed)

Responsibilities

  • Support the team in executing employee engagement and cultural initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of internal events, communication campaigns, and employee engagement activities.
  • Help design simple visual or video materials for internal communication, newsletters, or engagement content.
  • Support the monitoring and documentation of performance management, disciplinary, and grievance cases under guidance.
  • Participate in HR data analysis and reporting to identify trends and support improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for employee-related events or welfare programs.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance process efficiency, innovation, and automation.

Requirements
  • Candidate must be pursuing or have recently completed a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, and/or Employee Engagement.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and simple image/video editing (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
  • Good communication skills in both English and Malay (spoken and written).
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently or within a team.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
