Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Innovation, or a related field. MBA or project management certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 6–8 years’ experience in marketing, strategy, product management, or a similar project-focused role.
- Prior execution or managerial roles in F&B, FMCG, e-commerce, beauty, and fast fashion are preferred.
- Proven track record in cross-functional project leadership and innovation delivery.
Skills & Knowledge
- Understanding of general business models, distribution, revenue channels at its core and have an interest in breaking through the norm in these channels.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and performance evaluation.
- Excellent understanding of commercial and marketing metrics, including the core unit of each metric spanning across users, revenue, channels, social media platforms, and more.
- Competence in using data analytics tools and reporting dashboards.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with F&B or consumer goods categories preferred.
