Experience
- 2 - 4 years of experience in product launch coordination, QSR, F&B operations or category support roles
- Exposure to food or beverage rollouts at a regional or multi-market level exposure
Skills & Knowledge
- Understanding of food service operations
- Familiarity with go-to-market processes, launch playbooks and executional checklists
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and track timelines diligently
- Strong working knowledge on Excel, PowerPoint and basic reporting tools
- Basic understanding of cost of sales, portioning and food preparation standards
