Regional Assistant Manager, Research & Development (New Product Development) (Frappe)  

Role Purpose The R&D Assistant Manager leads new product development initiatives while ensuring quality, compliance, and market alignment. This role manages technical troubleshooting, team supervision, and collaboration across departments for successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead new product development from ideation to commercialization.
  • Translate consumer insights into innovative F&B products.
  • Oversee technical support for troubleshooting, quality issues, and complaints.
  • Supervise, mentor, and allocate tasks within the R&D team.
  • Collaborate with marketing, procurement, and operations to define requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, shelf-life, and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct trials, testing, and product evaluations.
  • Maintain product specifications, documentation, and version control.
  • Continuously improve existing products based on feedback and market needs.

Qualifications & Experience
