Regional Senior Executive Product Marketer (Frappe)  

Role Purpose The Product Marketer bridges product development and customer needs by driving positioning, GTM strategies, and campaigns that build awareness and adoption of ZUS Coffee’s products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers.
  • Build GTM strategies for new launches, campaigns, and channel activation.
  • Partner with product, R&D, and sales teams to align on value propositions.
  • Execute campaigns that generate awareness, demand, and product adoption.
  • Develop content for campaigns, product guides, and internal enablement.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance; adjust strategies for impact; post-mortem.
  • Support brand storytelling and customer engagement efforts.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related.
  • 2–4 years of experience in product marketing, preferably consumer/F&B.
