Regional Manager, Project Management Office (Non - Coffee)  

Role Purpose The PMO Manager ensures projects and programs are delivered effectively, aligning with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets. This role will drive cross-functional collaboration, standardize project management practices, and ensure business value realization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and identify stakeholders.
  • Build master schedules and maintain program-level oversight for multiple projects.
  • Establish project governance, reporting frameworks, and communication systems.
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and progress to ensure accountability.
  • Conduct post-mortems, create knowledge documentation, and propose improvements.
  • Evaluate ongoing projects and recommend continuation, redesign, or termination.
  • Support organizational change management for successful adoption.
  • Implement and manage project management tools/software for tracking and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • PMP/Prince2 or equivalent certification preferred.
  • 5+ years in project/program management, preferably in F&B or retail.
