Role Purpose
The Performance Marketer drives customer acquisition, conversion, and retention through data-driven strategies across multiple digital channels, while balancing short-term sales with long-term brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, run, and optimize A/B tests and experiments for growth.
- Manage and improve the marketing funnel to increase conversions and retention.
- Analyze campaign data, customer journeys, and acquisition performance.
- Lead paid media strategies: social media, search, display, and email marketing.
- Develop KPIs, track ROI, and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Balance immediate digital sales with long-term customer loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams for execution.
- Manage agency/partner relationships for campaign delivery.
- Ensure brand consistency while experimenting with new strategies.
