Regional Manager, Performance Marketer (Non - Coffee)  

Role Purpose The Performance Marketer drives customer acquisition, conversion, and retention through data-driven strategies across multiple digital channels, while balancing short-term sales with long-term brand growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, run, and optimize A/B tests and experiments for growth.
  • Manage and improve the marketing funnel to increase conversions and retention.
  • Analyze campaign data, customer journeys, and acquisition performance.
  • Lead paid media strategies: social media, search, display, and email marketing.
  • Develop KPIs, track ROI, and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Balance immediate digital sales with long-term customer loyalty programs.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams for execution.
  • Manage agency/partner relationships for campaign delivery.
  • Ensure brand consistency while experimenting with new strategies.
