Qualification & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years of procurement or sourcing experience in F&B, FMCG, or retail
- Detail-oriented with strong coordination and communication skills
- Experience with ERP/procurement systems preferred (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Proficiency in Excel and procurement reporting
Skills & Knowledge- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills are essential for securing favorable contracts with suppliers.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues in the sourcing process.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term sourcing strategies.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using sourcing software and tools.
- Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of relevant regulations and internal policies.
