Regional Senior Executive, Supply Chain – Supplier (Coffee)  

Role Purpose:
Ensure cost-effective, reliable, and quality-assured ingredient and machinery sourcing to support Coffee Squad R&D, product rollout, and market scalability across regions. The role acts as the link between vendor networks, supply operations, and category planning, optimizing end-to-end flow from supplier to store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, validate, and manage suppliers across coffee, dairy, flavoring, and machine categories.
  • Negotiate pricing and lead times to balance cost optimization with quality retention.
  • Coordinate ingredient/machine readiness for mass tests, pilot launches, and phased rollouts.
  • Develop and maintain cost tracker sheets (BOM, PSPD, SKU) in alignment with R&D cost goals.
  • Liaise with local & regional supply chain teams (MY, PH, ID, TH) for readiness and material flow.
  • Conduct supply audits, monitor MOQ and shelf-life, and ensure alignment to food safety and ESG standards.
  • Support Coffee Squad by identifying alternative vendors and backup formulations to mitigate risk.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Finance to evaluate COGS and cost-saving opportunities per SKU.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, or related.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably F&B, even more preferred in Coffee-Related Industry
