Qualification & Experience
- At least 5 - 10 years of experience in supply chain management
- MBA or advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, Six Sigma, or equivalent.
- Strong experience in managing end-to-end supply chain functions, including logistics, procurement, and distribution.
- Proven track record of driving operational improvements, cost savings, and strategic initiatives within supply chain operations.
- Deep understanding of regional supply chain dynamics, regulations, and market conditions.
- Experienced in relevant industries such as manufacturing, logistics, retail F&B, healthcare, or technology.
- Experienced managing global supply chains or in multi-country operations.
- Familiarity with advanced supply chain technologies (e.g., ERP systems, AI, machine learning, IoT).
